The 40ft (12m) High Cube Insulated Shipping Container from MERIDIAN CONTAINER DEPOT delivers an expansive, climate-stable storage environment within a high-volume structural footprint. Featuring an extra 300mm (1 foot) of vertical clearance compared to standard configurations, this premium thermal container is built on a heavy-duty, unpainted intermodal chassis. This raw aluminum or stainless steel exterior finish offers maximum structural utility and a clean, neutral industrial appearance that eliminates the need for cosmetic paint maintenance over long-term field deployment.
Expertly engineered as a converted ex-refrigerated core unit, the structure features heavily insulated polyurethane foam sandwich walls that completely isolate internal inventory from extreme ambient temperature shifts and eliminate condensation buildup without requiring an active refrigeration motor.
The food-safe interior is lined with commercial-grade stainless steel and aluminum skin, paired with an industrial aluminum T-profile floor to optimize sub-payload air circulation and facilitate easy wash-downs. Access is secured by a structurally insulated double cargo door system outfitted with thick heavy-duty rubber weather gaskets and high-leverage mechanical locking bars, providing a completely Wind and Watertight (WWT) envelope for tools, commercial inventory, document archives, or agricultural goods.

Delivery & On-Site Offloading
Delivery is provided nationwide using specialized crane trucks (Hiab vehicles) for direct site positioning and offloading. Site access must accommodate a heavy delivery vehicle with a minimum width clearance of 3.5 meters and an overhead clearance of 4.5 meters on flat, hard-standing ground.
