The 40ft (12m) High Cube Insulated Shipping Container from MERIDIAN CONTAINER DEPOT delivers an expansive, climate-stable warehouse environment within a high-volume structural footprint. Featuring an extra 300mm (1 foot) of vertical clearance compared to standard models, this premium thermal container is professionally finished in a durable, weather-resistant industrial exterior coat of Industrial Marine Blue. This clean finish provides a highly professional, uniform aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into commercial facilities, manufacturing yards, and logistics hubs.
Expertly converted from an ex-refrigerated unit, the structure provides passive temperature control to completely eliminate internal condensation and shield sensitive cargo from volatile external temperatures without the active power requirements of a refrigeration unit.
The interior features a professional, food-safe stainless steel and aluminum skin paired with a heavy-duty aluminum T-profile floor designed to maximize sub-payload air circulation and facilitate easy wash-downs. Access is secured by a heavily insulated double cargo door system equipped with thick rubber gaskets and high-leverage mechanical locking bars to form an airtight, Wind and Watertight (WWT) structural envelope. Delivery is provided nationwide using specialized crane trucks (Hiab vehicles) for direct site positioning and offloading. Site access must accommodate a heavy delivery vehicle with a minimum width clearance of 3.5 meters and an overhead clearance of 4.5 meters on flat, hard-standing ground.
