The 40ft (12m) Insulated Shipping Container (Thermobox) from MERIDIAN CONTAINER DEPOT is engineered to industrial thermal isolation standards, delivering an expansive, temperature-stable storage environment within a standard ISO intermodal footprint. Purpose-built to eliminate internal moisture condensation and mitigate volatile ambient temperature shifts, this high-performance passive thermal container provides heavy-duty climate isolation without the active power requirements or operational overhead of a refrigeration motor.

Built on a rugged, structurally verified steel intermodal chassis, this unit features a multi-layer panel system lined with high-density thermal insulation. The interior is engineered with commercial-grade, food-safe stainless steel and aluminum lining, paired with a heavy-duty aluminum T-profile floor designed to optimize air circulation underneath dense palletized payloads. Access is secured by a heavily insulated double cargo door system equipped with thick industrial rubber weather gaskets and high-leverage mechanical locking bars, providing an airtight, Wind and Watertight (WWT) structural envelope that locks out moisture, humidity, and extreme external heat.
